To mark Britain's Non-League Day, the club's English-language Twitter account announced that they were "supporting the mighty Saint Anthony's FC".

Hashtags "Mon the Ants", "It's an ant thing" and "Forza the Ants" was added. During the international break, the campaign in the league encourages fans of senior clubs who do not play to go together and support a non-league side.

Roma Boss Keen To Instil Belief Into Squad Ahead Of Liverpool Game

Roma manager Eusebio di Francesco believes his side can still turn the complexion of their Champions League semi-final tie against Liverpool. The Capital outfit succumbed to a 5-2 defeat to the Reds in the first leg at Anfieldbut Di Francesco remains optimistic that his side can turn things around at the Stadio Olimpico. Speaking after the weekend win over Chievo, he said: "We have to recover our physical and mental energy, leave the pitch on Wednesday knowing we've done all we possibly could. ROMA KEEN ON NAPOLI PLAYERS

Italian football side AS Roma are reportedly keen on snapping wingers from Napoli and Lazio as they look at boosting their attacking options, though they face competition from title-rivals AC Milan. The club reportedly wants to lure Keita Blade and Lorenzo Insigne from their clubs during the summer window.

With AC Milan also looking for players to replace left winger M’Baye Niang, the competition is set to be hot. Niang has been below par this season and has been linked with a move away from the San Siro at the end of this campaign.

Allegri Unhappy with 1-0 Win over Roma

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri says that he is not satisfied with the performance of his team despite the narrow win over Roma. The win extended Juventus’ lead at the top of the table to four points with a game in hand. Gonzalo Higuain scored the only goal of the game in the 14th minute to take his tally for the campaign to 10 goals.

He still trails Icardi of Inter Milan by four goals, but the Argentine will be more than happy with his goals helping Juventus take more points. There was a danger of Juventus conceding in the late moments of the game, but they held on courtesy of some last-ditch defending.

ROMA NOW SECOND IN SERIE A TABLE

Roma, just last weekend, put up a brilliant display against opposition, Napoli, thus stealing home an impressive victory, and a coveted second position on the Serie A league table.


They have now overtaken Napoli to become the top challenger to log leaders, Juventus.

Italian side AS Roma suffered disgrace at home when they hosted Porto in the play-off game ahead of the start of the UEFA Champions League.


The 3-0 loss successfully ends the hope of getting European dreams for the Serie A side this term. The humiliation was complete with two players receiving marching orders.

ROMA SET TO RETAIN NAINGGOLAN THIS SUMMER

Italian outfit AS Roma have confirmed that they will retain Nainggolan going into the coming summer and the player has also revealed that he will remain at the club, ending the links to Chelsea FC for a summer transfer move.

The player, who represented Belgium at the ongoing Euro 2026 in France before they were knocked out by Wales, confirmed that he would remain at the club after joining them on a permanent basis in the last campaign.

Nainggolan joined Roma on a loan deal at first in 2014 from Cagliari before he got a new deal that will keep him at the club till 2020. He was key to the club’s successes as led by Luciano Spalletti. He scored six crucial goals in 42 games helping the club to the third place in the Serie A. At the Euros, he enjoyed decent play time and was impressive, scoring two goals.
